 The launch seminar of the OECD Report "Higher Education in Regional and City Development: Catalonia, Spain" took place in Barcelona in 2011 in the prestigious Cercle d'Economia. Jaana Puukka spoke in front of an audience with representatives from Spanish, Catalan and Barcelona governments, business and industry, academia and civic society.
